David Mathews on role of China-US sustained dialogues

Renowned experts and scholars from China and the US held in-depth discussions and exchanges on the economic and social development in both countries as well as the current Sino-US relations at a virtual dialogue.

David Mathews, president of the Kettering Foundation and also former US secretary of health, education and welfare, elaborated on the role of sustained dialogues in promoting bilateral ties.

The dialogue was organized by the Institute of American Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Kettering Foundation and the National Institute for Global Strategy, CASS.
